I am a cooking n00b and learning this art on the fly. I look for recipes I like and I try them.

This is a journal for recipes I have tried or will be trying and their stories from pan (or pot or oven or skillet) to dinner plate. Success is varied, but the spirit of learning remains. You have to make lots of mistakes to learn! Watch me succeed and fail and hopefully pick up something for yourself.

Friends-only for now so please knock before coming in!
